Pre-Order Shipping

  • All pre-orders are made to order and crafted with care to ensure the highest quality.

  • Please allow 2 weeks for production and delivery once your pre-order is confirmed.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to speed up delivery.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and order size.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once your item has been shipped.

  • Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or drops.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on your region and customs clearance.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • DDESIRE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order has been processed.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
