All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders, pre-orders, or made-to-order items.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive your product as promised.
Custom or limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges can only be made on ready-to-wear items.
No exchanges are allowed for pre-orders, custom pieces, or made-to-order items.
Exchanges are only accepted if you received the incorrect size or item.
All items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Exchange Time Frame:

To request an exchange:
Email us at support@ddesirebrand.com for confirmation and the correct return address before shipping any items back.

Do not ship any items back without confirmation from our support team.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when sending back items for exchange.
If the wrong item was sent, DDESIRE will cover the return shipping cost.

No refunds. All varsity jackets are made to order to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship.
Jackets are crafted from high-grade wool and genuine leather, which may naturally attract lint or fabric particles — this is normal and may vary by color tone.
Lint can be easily removed, and all jackets are shipped brand new.
Exchanges for varsity jackets will only be accepted in cases of incorrect sizing or fulfillment errors, and a new jacket will be made to replace the original.
